The famous-shoes.gr online store enables the user to pay for his order with:
· Cash on delivery 1,90€ (for orders up to 4 products or/and ip to 60€
· Debit / Credit / Prepaid card (free of charge)
· Viva wallet (free of charge)
· Paypal (free of charge)
*In case for any reason a bank deposit is requested from the competent department of the eshop, the order will be sent after the deposit is made. The reason for the deposit MUST be the name and / or the order number Otherwise the repayment cannot be crossed.

CHANGE – RETURN OF PRODUCTS

1. THROUGH E-SHOP
Self-delivery change cannot be made in the eshop warehouses, even if the order was received from there by click away
You can request CHANGE HAND BY HAND with ELTA Courier. You choose which product you want us to send you and call our call center to register your change. We send the product you want and when you receive it you give the courier the product you want to return. The charge for the change is 2.90€
Changes are registered ONLY BY PHONE. In case the product you want costs more than what you want to return there is an additional cash on delivery charge of 4,80€
2. IN PHYSICAL STORE – CANNOT BE CHANGED OR RETURNED
Also for orders made through e-shop for collection by click away from the agreed store and are prepaid, the buyer is not entitled to cancel the sale but is obliged to receive even after the expiration of any closure of commercial sτοres, in time to be redefined. In this case, any returns will be governed by the special conditions of sale of goods.
Products up to 6.98€ are special offer products out of season (Outlet) and for this reason cannot be changed or returned.

*In prepaid orders there is no possibility of refund without receiving the parcel. The buyer must receive the parcel and if he does not wish to return the parcel by ELTA courier ( as defined above). If the buyer does not receive the parcel, since it has been sent by ELTA courier when the parcel is returned to the company, it will remain in the unclaimed parcels or the value of the product will be refunded, deducting 2.90€ return shipping.

You can sent back the products at Famous Shoes Dimaraki 12, Votanikos 11855. You have to choose and pay courier. We will refund your money within 5 working days from the day we receive the product. The money is refunded to the card if it has been done by card if the order was paid by card, similarly for paypal.
RETURN PRODUCTS
The user has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of sending the order, returning the goods in its original condition. The condition for the return of the product is that it is in its original packaging intact, that it has not been damaged, that it has not been unsealed and that there is a retail receipt . We will refund your money within 15 working days from the day we receive the product. The money is refunded to the card if it has been done by card if the order was paid by card, similarly for paypal and to a bank account if the order was paid by cash on delivery.
In any case, together with the product you return, you must send the completed “Return Voucher” form that you received with your order. The return is made exclusively by ELTA courier and charge of Famous Patron EE recipient at the address Famous Dimaraki 12, Votanikos 11855 .
From the value of the returned product, 2.90€ are deducted (return shipping)
